Our in house dental membership savings plan is designed to give our patients without dental insurance greater access to quality care at affordable prices. We have various plans available starting at $269 per year to keep you and your family smiling all year long. At O’Connor Dental Care we appreciate the emotional and financial investment required to proceed with quality dental care. We pride ourselves in delivering the finest dental care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. We will work closely with you and your dental insurance carrier to make sure your personalized dental treatment and payment plans are properly coordinated. We are happy to provide you with a pre-estimate of covered benefits and any out of pocket expenses that may occur.
To help us communicate with your insurance company, please bring your insurance information (identification card) with you to the initial visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.
At your future visits, don’t forget to let us know if you have any changes in insurance coverage, companies, employer, deductibles and contact information. We will be happy to update our records!
For your convenience we accept Cash, Check, Visa, and MasterCard. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
