Very friendly staff, the receptionist is so nice, and Dr. O’Connor is so calm and kind. I moved and switched my dentist to this location and am very happy with that decision. I’ve had a couple cavities filled here and also had them make me a night guard for teeth grinding. The process for both were smooth and low-stress.

This is actually Jennifer not Tony. I referred my husband to Dr Emily. You could not ask for a better less stressful dental appointment than at O’Connor Dental. I have always dreaded the dentist because of bad experiences at other dental practices that I have used. With Dr. Emily you are made to feel like you have been treated by her for years on your first visit. I was made to feel at ease from the get go. Everyone from Drew at reception to the dental hygienist to Dr. Emily was exceptional.

Definitely recommend Dr. O’Connor and her office. Appointments are on time and my hygienist was very friendly, gentle and thorough. Front office staff is knowledgeable with insurance questions and helpful when I’ve had to re-schedule or have had an issue I’ve needed in quickly for. Dr. O’Connor is great too!

Great dental experience, the staff was wonderful, my hygienist was terrific and took great care in cleaning my teeth providing useful tips for keeping my teeth healthy between cleanings, and Dr. O'Connor was wonderful very caring and really listened to my concerns, I would definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for a new dental provider

I have had only great experiences at O'Connor Dental Care. Furthermore, I have no immunities because of other medical treatments, and I have survived because I am always careful. I am always safe in their hands at O'Connor Dental Care given their strict protocols and safeguards. They have cared for me many years now.

I've been having dental work and cleanings here routinely for years and have never had an experience that was less than 5 stars. I had braces here a while back and have had quite a few teeth filled; never once did I have any pain or discomfort. Honestly. The staff are all highly skilled and are amazing at what they do. I always hear people dread going to their dentists. It's too bad other places aren't as great as O'Connor's. 😎

I am very impressed with the care and compassion this office has for their patients (and in our case, prospective patients). My mother, who has Alzheimer’s, had a broken tooth and we’re new to the area so she was not an established patient at a dental office yet. Drew was amazingly helpful in getting her an appointment, as well as assisting me in preparing for the oral surgeon visit afterwards. This is patient care at its finest and greatly appreciated.

I have been coming to this practice since childhood. First, my dentist was Dr. Patrick O’Connor then his daughter, Dr. Emily. It’s one of the best run offices. I feel like the care is very thorough and I am always listened to. I recommended Dr. Emily to several friends who are all equally as happy. I have had both routine dental care and cosmetic dentistry done in this office. I would not trust anyone else with my smile.

As always a very professional staff! I went in for a quick and painless routine 6 month checkup and cleaning as usual. No issues at all and I was treated as I would want to be. We have been going to O’Connor dental for years and plan to stay with them always. Everyone is so nice, efficient and professional. I’ve routinely seen Dr. Emily and Holly for years and they are fantastic. Drew is always so friendly and super helpful with last minute appointment changes. They are the best!

My experiences have always been excellent, from routine care to my recent emergency. Regular appointments are efficient and on time! My husband and I have both had emergencies and they worked us into the schedule enabling us to get the care we needed when we had little time to do so. Dr. Emily O’Connor, Drew, Holly and Linda are a great team.

Dr. Emily O’Connor provides the same excellent care that her father, Dr. Patrick O’Connor provided for so many years. Great service, great staff, great family! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. As someone who is terrified and clueless about the dentist, I can confidently say if you go here you are in great hands. Even with making the appointment, I was struggling due to being freshly 18, I was clueless. Drew handled everything for me and didn’t judge that I was so lost with the process. I hate needles with a passion but they did everything in their power to calm me down and keep the needle out of my sight. The after care was a breeze. I was told 2 days till I felt better but honestly I felt great the following day. Recommend:)

My appointment was for 8:30 AM. I just waited a short time, went back, had my teeth cleaned, and x-rays by Holly, who is excellent at her job. Dr. Emily came in and checked everything and I was back home before 9:30 AM - fast and easy. I have been a patient there a long time and I am very happy with their care.

I’ve been going to O’Connor Dental for quite sometime. This is the only Dentist I will see! If your are having issues with a tooth they always make sure you are seen right away. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by Drew with a smile on his face.. The welcoming greetings continue with the Drs and the staff. I always feel comfortable there which is very important to me! I highly recommend O’Connor Dental!

Holly did an excellent cleaning of my teeth as usual. My questions concerning the long term health of my teeth because of the amount of medications I take and the dryness of my mouth at night were answered and I received an information packet explaining my alternatives were received. We love coming to Dr. O’Connor! Holly is such a wonderful dental hygienist. My son loves going and she is so sweet with him. He also loves Dr. Emily. It makes it easier to get your kids to brush their teeth when I can say, “Dr. Emily would be so proud of you for doing a great job!” He brushes extra long! Plus they always schedule us so we can go at the same time. Great job to the entire team!

Best dental care ever. Over the years, after relocating, I had searched for a dentist that I felt comfortable with. After a few terrible experiences, I found that with Dr. Emily. Dr. Emily listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to make that happen. I was given the options and was never pressed to change my decisions. Dr. Emily is extremely skilled in making the care as painless and as comfortable as possible. She and the staff made me feel so at ease and I actually did not dread going to the dentist.

It was the most positive dental experience I’ve ever had and I am 73 years old! Dr. Emily O’Connor is a skilled professional, totally empathetic with dental phobias, and exudes confidence. Her staff is also fantastic...Drew goes above and beyond in accomodating scheduling, and I appreciated his reminder call. And Dr. O’Connor’s assistant, Linda, is wonderful — calm and competent, explains everything, and makes the entire experience very positive. I highly recommend this group!

I brought my 2 year old for her first dental checkup. I was so nervous about how my little one would handle the experience. Dr Emily and Ms Holly were so kind and patient that my daughter left with a huge smile on her face. We had a wonderful experience, and I would recommend O’Connor Dental to anyone!

Okay have to brag on these guys for a second! Any Dentist who goes out of their way and sends you not one Target gift card but two has my business for life! They sent me one for being a new patient last year and one for referring my hubby this year. Not only are the O’Connors the best Dentists around, their staff is so knowledgeable and extremely friendly and make going to the Dentist a breeze. The second time I came in after my first check up with them, I instantly felt like family as they remembered details I had shared about my personal life during my first visit that no one typically would have remembered, but it just goes to show they actually care and really take the time to get to know their patients! And Target gift cards? I mean come on, it doesn’t get better than that. They have my business for life! So if you’re looking for a Dentist in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, go check these guys out!

Love this dental office!! Drs. O’Conner do excellent work, and staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. I don’t even mind going to get work done (and I’ve had a lot!) as I really enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and patient-focused care I receive. I have been to a few other dentists in the area and this office by far is the best! I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for top-notch dental care.

These guys are fantastic! I started going here about a year ago, after trying a couple other places. This is literally the best dentist I've ever been to. Holly is the dental assistant who always does my cleanings and she's amazing. Emily and her dad are both great, as is everyone else here I've met. They are very professional and knowledgeable, (and always cheerful!) but also very good at helping you work within a budget. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who has teeth.

Great service from start to finish. Easy and flexible with scheduling, very considerate of cost and what your particular insurance covers. The first thing the dental hygienist did was ask what my main concern was about my teeth - this really impressed me. She was very considerate of my comfort during the exam. The dentist was already informed of my history by the dental hygienist so I didn't have to repeat my oral history, and felt comfortable asking questions. The staff do not pressure you into committing to a procedure or plan.
